We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect, just across the street from the train station and with the tram station right in front of the hotel. The service was top-notch, with room service, laundry, and wake-up service available. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. The staff was fantastic, providing one of the best services we have experienced all over the world. The buffet breakfast was delicious too.
Highly recommended for everyone.

The hotel was clean and hip new, appreciated the exceptionally comfortable beds. Excellent room, large bathroom. We had cereal, fruit and pastries in the morning. Nice interior, good restaurant. Had a perfect stay here.

The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk or a quick tram ride away from the city center and close to the train station. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, providing great directions and making me feel welcome. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide range of options and was delicious.

I had a very comfortable stay at Best Western Plus Bordeaux Gare Saint-Jean. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the tram station was just across the road. The staff, especially Perrine, were cute and helpful. The room was clean, cool, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options available. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
